The origin of MAS is rooted in the vision of Gemeh and Masoneh, two driven Africans determined to create positive change. Noticing a gap in Melbourne’s culinary scene, particularly the absence of West African flavors, they set out to introduce this rich culture through food. They founded "MAS," an eatery showcasing dishes like jollof rice and fufu, aiming to foster love and understanding of diverse cultures.
